Multi-Day Trip Information

A $100 non refundable deposit per person is due at the time of reservation. Deposit and all trip receipts will be refunded if trip is cancelled, death or life threatening illness of tour participant. One half of the balance is due 120 days prior to trip departure, and the balance is due 60 days prior to the trip.

30 passengers are required for tours to be guaranteed.

All tours are fully escorted. Transportation by commercial motor coach with a restroom will be provided. Windmill Tours does not accept credit cards at this time. For any returned checks there will be a fee of $35.00.

Please note:

Special Dietary or handicap needs must be requested at time of booking. Late notification (within 48 hours) may result in our inability to honor requests. Employees of Windmill Tours LLC, transportation companies, or other vendors are not allowed to physically assist or lift disabled passengers. We suggest that passengers who require special assistance be accompanied by a traveling companion who is capable of providing the needed assistance. Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers can be stored in the baggage compartment on the bus.

Windmill Tours LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expenses arising from strikes, war, weather, or Acts of God- hurricanes, snowstorms, tornadoes, etc. that may cause disruption, change of advertised schedules and itinerary, cancellation, or strand individuals on motor coach and/or air tours, including any ship/ferry transportation included in tour, or any other cause beyond its control.

Windmill Tours LLC reserves the right to amend the itinerary at any time whenever transportation schedules or other factors make it necessary or advisable. Accommodations, restaurants and attractions stated in itinerary or similar will be provided.

All tours will have a pick up in McBain and in designated areas along trip route. All parking at own risk.
